This hotel provided easy access to key sites. The staff were friendly and helpful . The hotel assisted with luggage forwarding services. This service was quick and easy.

The hotel lacked pajamas in a western large size. I could not get the size i needed.

The hotel design and rooms were perfect.. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful with directions. The location is calm and quiet, set back from the main thoroughfare, yet it is close to public transportation.

toilet separation complete toiletries great cleaning amazing experience

the hotel was cleaned very well. I liked the toilet is separated from the bathroom so we used both at the same time. I liked that if we don't request housekeeping, they gave us new sets of complete toiletries and left them by the door. I love EVERYTHING.

my room had no GOOD view, ZERO wardrobe to unpack the suitcase either.

amazing staff spacious room convenient location japanese design

The staff were amazing! the room was beautiful and spacious. i found the location convenient. It was close to shops and transport. the hotel had a great mix of modern and classic japanese design.

i noticed the hotel did not include an onsen. that's all i can think of.

The breakfast offered good value with a tasty selection. i liked the nice coffee from the machine. there was also a free salon happy hour at the end of the day with coffee, wine, sake, and spirits. It was a bonus!
